The Jaspersoft Studio Team is pleased to announce the new Jaspersoft Studio release 6.1.0 Community Edition.
Jaspersoft Studio is available as standalone application (based on the Eclipse RCP 3.8) and as Eclipse plugin for Eclipse 3.7 Indigo and 3.8 Juno and Eclipse 4.x.
This version includes several minor improvements that follow the 6.0.4, released a month ago.

- Full support for JasperReports 6.1.0
- New statistics collection system
- Incorrect component properties if Outline is not displayed at start
- Improved validation of element dimensions
- Fixed support for Phantomjs 2.0 for the Custom Visualization Component
- Simplified Windows Installer
- Completed branding transition for the OSX DMG package and the Windows Installer
- major and minor bug-fixes
This version of Jaspersoft Studio is based on JasperReports 6.1.0.
